In 1998, the author attended the Boston Marathon with his young family. When he saw the courage of the physically-challenged participants, he prayed, "Lord, help me use my legs and run this race for those who can't." The following year, the author completed the first of sixteen marathons to raise money to fight cancer. A small business entrepreneur, the author has a MACM degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, MBA from UConn, and BSIE from OSU.
