Dennis Broeders is Full Professor of Global Security and Technology at the Institute of Security and Global Affairs (ISGA) of Leiden University, the Netherlands. He is the Senior Fellow of The Hague Program on International Cyber Security. He is the author of the book The Public Core of the Internet (2015) and served as a member of the Dutch delegation to the UN Group of Governmental Experts on International Information Security and the Open-Ended Working Group as an academic advisor (2019-2021).
Arun Sukumar is Assistant Professor of International Relations at Ashoka University. He is the author of Midnight's Machines and the coeditor of Building an International Cybersecurity Regime and Responsible Behaviour in Cyberspace. His research has been published in Contemporary Security Policy, Policy & Internet, IEEE-CyCon proceedings, Journal of Cyber Policy, and other journals.
