Dr. Ben Coates, a large animal veterinarian and soft tissue surgeon, hails from the rural farmlands of Campbell County, Virginia. His extensive education includes degrees from Central Virginia Community College, Virginia Tech, and Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Beyond his practice, he's an active community member, serving on the National Wild Turkey Federation committee, crafting turkey calls, and engaging in private wildlife conservation. A Mossy Oak Pro Staff member, Dr. Coates is also a passionate outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and camping.
