A young World War One veteran escapes a dreary job in an abattoir and lands a dream job writing a column for women for a Toronto newspaper in Paris. He takes up his position in Paris and meets the writers, painters and other ex pat characters as while he visits all of the great tourist sites as he explores Paris.
