A-Tishoo, A-Tishoo... You'll all fall down.

Katie Cooper has lived in the sleepy seaside town of Crescent Hill her whole life, but for the past twelve years she has lived under a shroud of guilt and regret. You see, back at school, Katie and her friends played a prank on classmate Scott Martin...a prank that went horribly wrong.

Now, over a decade later, Scott has returned to Crescent Hill, and Katie sees this as a chance to put things right. To apologize. But bodies start turning up, victims of a serial killer with a flair for the theatrical, and dubbed by the media as 'The Doctor.' And her friends start to point the finger at Scott.

Detective Paula Gibbs is assigned the case, and is on the hunt to catch the killer. She knows she must act quickly to stop Katie, or anyone else, from being next on The Doctor's appointment list.
