Vijay is an alumnus of Birla Institute of Science and Technology, Pilani.

Prior to Empower, Kaushik led marketing and talent research initiatives at Belong, during which he developed and championed the model of Outbound Hiring.
Prior to Belong, Kaushik worked in the non-profit sector, focusing on entrepreneurship development in India and other fast-growing economies.

In addition to his evangelism responsibilities, Aadil also helps run Belong's marketing organisation spanning demand generation, customer marketing, public relations and enterprise content strategy.

Previously, Aadil was part of Dell's Global Talent Acquisition Social Media Strategy Team responsible for crafting and executing their Talent Acquisition Social Media Strategy in India.
